Back to the Humanity and Sense Of Self-defining drama this week, with Alex Proyas' highly appropriately named Dark City. Since its 1998 release it has developed quite the (justifiable) cult following. Just make sure to watch the director's cut to avoid the beginning monologue (did no one learn from Blade Runner?).
